  Obituary	From the Santa Cruz Evening News, 16 Nov 1915: DEATH COMES WHEN SHE ENDS THE LORD'S PRAYER The death occurred at the Roosesevelt hospital, Berkeley, at 4.10 0'- clock yesterday afternoon of Mrs. Eudora Amelia La Rue, wife of F. C. La Rue, of Santa Cruz. She was the victim of paralysis from which she had been a patient sufferer for months. Mrs. LaRue was a native of Grass Valley, Nevada County, this state, and was aged 48 years and one day. Her husband was with her at she passed away. Mrs. LaRue, as the end approached, said the Lord's prayer. She had just said, "I have said it all," and had uttered the word, "Amen," when death came and without a tremor her spirit took flight. The body will be cremated at Berkeley. During the nine years of her residence here Mrs. La Rue had earned the affectionate regard of a large number of friends.  [7]
