  News Item	From the South Pasadena Review, 11 Aug 1944: Couple at Home After Honeymoon at Santa Barbara At home at 1112 Glendon way are Mr. and Mrs. William H. Burton who returned yesterday from a honeymoon, spent at Santa Barbara. Their wedding took place the latter part of July in the Pasadena Wedding Chapel. Mrs. Burton is the former Vera Ziesche, daughter of Mrs. Frank Atha of Huntington Park. For her wedding costume, she chose a gown of satin and a veil of shell pink maline, which was an heirloom in her family and came from France. In her bouquet, she carried a lavender orchid and pink roses. She was given in marriage by her brother-in-law, Emerson Householder of Los Angeles. Mrs. Householder, as matron of honor, wore pale blue jersey and carried white sweetpeas, gardenias and pink rosebuds. Mrs. Lee Zastrow of Sherman Oaks, bridesmaid, wore cerise jersey and carried blue delphinium, yellow roses and gardenias. Attending Mr. Burton as best man was Lee Zastrow. Howard Potter of Los Angeles was usher. A reception in the chapel lounge followed the church ceremony. Mrs. Burton is a native of California. Her parents were '49ers, who settled in Kings County. She is a graduate of Sacred Heart Convent, Los Angeles. Mr. Burton is a graduate of St. Mary's Institution, New York.
