    Sayre Scheiner

    Sayre Scheiner, 71, longtime owner of Scheiner's Scrap Yard in McKeesport, died of heart failure Monday in Allegheny General Hospital. Mr. Scheiner of Emerson Street, Shadyside, a World War II veteran, was a leader in many civic causes in McKeesport. He was a member of Temple B'Nai Israel in McKeesport. Surviving are his wife, Edith Appelbaum Scheiner; a daughter, Harriet Scheiner of Pittsburgh; two sons, Samuel Scheiner of Dekalb, Ill., and Avram Scheiner of Cleveland; and a granddaughter. Services and interment will be private. The family will be at home today, tomorrow and Friday.Arrangements are by Ralph Schugar Inc. of Shadyside.  [4
