H C Dryden and __ being first duly sworn, each for himself, doth depose and say that he knows the above-named Sadie Stice she is a native of California, that she is of the age of 18 years, and a resident of Paicines, County of San Benito, and the said H C Dryden being further sworn, deposes and says that his name is H C Dryden that he is a native of Missouri that he is of the age of 26 years, and a resident of Paicines, County of San Benito, State of California, and he knows of no legal objections to their marriage.
