    Text ORDER OF PUBLICATION
    State of Missouri County of St Clair ss
    In the circuit cnuit of said comity March term 1886.
    Edward S Stewart plaintiff
    vs.
    Catharine Stewart defendant

    At this day the plaintiff herein by hls attorney before the undersigned clerk ot the circuit court of St Clair county, in the suite of Missouri and files his petition and affadavit, alleging among other things, that defendant, Catharine Stewart, is not a resident of the state of Missouri.

    Whereupon It is ordered by the curk aforesaid that said defendant be noiitled by publication that plaintiff has commenced a suit against her in this court, by petition and affadavit, the object and general nature whereof is to obtain a decree of this court dissolving and annulling bonds of matrimony existing between plaintiff and defendant. Plaintiff alleges that defendant has absented herself from plaintiff without any reasonable cause for more than space of one year that defendant has committed adultery at divers times and occasions, and with divers persons to plaintiff unknown and that unless the said defendant Catharine Stewart be and appear at this court in the next term thereof, to be begun and holden at the court house in the city of Osceoloa, in said county, on the 22d day of March next, and on or before the 6th day of said term, if the term shall so long continue -- and if not, then on or before the last day of said term -— answer or plead to the petition in said cause, the same will be taken as confessed and judgment will be rendered accordingly.

    And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published, according to law, in the Osceola Advance, a weekly newspaper printed and published in said county
