Text	On Monday morning a set of wagon harness were missed from Mr, Pratt's farm. They were found at the house of Mr. J. D. Hamrick, wno lives on T.K. Foster's farm. At the same place a set of buggy harness and a saddle, nearly new, were also found. Mr. Hamrick and Q. V. R. Searles were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion. They were brought before Justice Crandall on Wednesday afternoon. The accused parties asked for a continuance till Saturday, that they might have time to secure evidence, and at which time their counsel, then absent, would be present. The continuance was granted. Between seven and eight o'clock thai evening Searles made his escape from Marshal Webb. Search has been made for him but at last account he has not been found.
