    Text P. S. R. IS SUED FOR PASSENGER'S DEATH

Claiming that the estate of Harry M. Bolton, late of Jersey City, was damaged to the amount of $25,000 when the latter was thrown from a Public Service trolley car and killed. Harry C. Herschfeld, administrator prosequendum of Bolton's estate, has started suit in the Supreme Court to recover that amount from the Public Service Railway.

According to the complaint as fled by the plaintiff's attorneys, Weller & Lichtenstein, of Hoboken, Harry Bolton was a passenger on a trolley car on Ocean avenue, Jersey City, on August 16, last. The car was driven around a curve at such a reckless speed that Bolton was jolted off and hurled to the street with force that he died a few hours later. Bolton was forty-one years of age, and is survived by a widow and four chiltren, the eldest being sixteen and the youngest eight years of age.
