ext to be holden at Boston, within and for the County of Suffolk. Respectfully libels and represents ELIZA A. MORRIS, of Boston in said county, that she was lawfully married to George E. Morris.
now of parts unknown to your libellant, at Lynn, in the County of Essex, on the thirteenth day of April, A. D. 1861. and thereafterwards your libeliant and the said George E. together as husband and wife.
in this Commonwealth, to wit: at said Lynn and at said Boston; that your libellant has always been faithful to her marriage vows and obligations, but the said George E. Morris, being wholly regardless of the same, at Boston aforesaid, on or about the fifteenth day of August, A. D. 1868, did utterly desert your libellant without cause, and has continued said desertion ever since. And your libellant further charges that the said George E. Morris, being of sufficient ability so to do. grossly, wantonly and cruelly refuses and neglects to provide suitable maintenance for her.
Wherefore, your libellant prays that a divorce from the bonds of matrimony may be decreed between your libellant and the said George E. Morris, that the care, custody and control of Eliza Ann Morris, aged ten years, and Mary Ann Morris, aged eight years, only children of your libellant and said George E. Morris, may be decreed to your libeliant during the pendency of this libel and afterwards, and that such other orders and decrees may be made as justice may seem to require.
Dated the ninth day of October. A. D. 1873.
