In the matter of the Application of James Edgar Serles for a license to marry Sadie E McMahon.
James E Serles and MC Serles father of JE Serles being first duly sworn, each for himself, doth depose and say that he knows the above-named Sadie E McMahon that she is a native of Wisconsin, that she is of the age of twenty years, and a resident of Hollister, County of San Benito, and the said James E Serles being further sworn, deposes and says that his name is James Edgar Serles that he is a native of Illinois that he is of the age of 20 years, and a resident of Hollister, County of San Benito, State of California, and he knows of no legal objections to their marriage.
