Text	In the matter of the Application of W S Frost for a license to marry Mary F Rue. Win S Frost and __ being first duly sworn, each for himself, doth depose and say that he knows the above-named M Rue she is a native of Kansas, that she is of the age of 22 years, and a resident of Hollister, County of San Benito, and the said Win S Frost being further sworn, deposes and says that his name is Winfield Scott Frost that he is a native of Ohio that he is of the age of 34 years, and a resident of Hollister, County of San Benito, State of California, and he knows of no legal objections to their marriage.
