…Well a little bit more cheerful news. Six weeks ago Kenneth, who is your grandson Hugh’s twin, announced his engagement to Yvonne Spencer a very pretty girl he has been dating for over a year. The wedding is fixed for 10 June 1993 in Peebles Hydro.
…You probably know that my sister Jean died a few years ago — kidney failure. Vincent missed her terribly, but he filled his life as best he could. Alas, four or five weeks ago he went off to bed and did not wake up. It was a terrible shock to us all, and especially Brenda. Fortunately her husband Jim is a great comfort.Linked to (6) James
