County ot Stanislaus, State of California, in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash in Gold Coin of the United States, the land and premises situated in the County of Stanislaus, State of California, described as follows, to-wit: The West half of the West half I NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE. Notice is hereby given, that default having been made in the payment of the sums secured hy that certain Deed of Trust executed by 'Charles A. Ogsn and Della Ogan, his wife, as ti usiors. lo C. H. Johnson and O. K. Randall, as trustees, and M. R. Wenger, as beneficiary, dated July 10th. 1016, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Stanislaus, State of California, in Book 2J8 of Trust Deeds at Page J06 and following: And said Deed of Trust having been duly sold and assigned by said M. R. Wenger to A. R. Ogan, also known as Albert R. Ogan. on or about the 1st day of March, 1017, and said A. K. Ogan having died on or about the 12th day of July. 1918, leaving him surviving as his only heir at law. his mother, Narcissa E. Ogan. an incompetent person. who is ov the owner and holder of said indebtedness and Deed of Trust, of whose estate E. A. Moellering is the duly acting and qualified guardian: And said heneficiary, Narcissa E. Ogan, by and through her said guardian, E. A. Moellering, having discharged and released said C. H.
