On May 15, 1758, his father, Richard Post, sold to him “a message or house and lot at the corner of the highways, one leading from Wheatly down by John Willis house, and the other leading from Wheatly down by William Titus house. Bounded south by Thomas Carmons land and east, north, and west by highways.” Married Mary Titus, daughter of Edmund Titus, and their descendants are the New York branch.
