Headstone notes “In her 48th year”, but all accounts other than that (i.e newspaper notices of the time, such as in the Hartford Times ) cite her age as 43. This would make sense, as had she been born in 1790 it would have pre-dated John Byrne - Anne Powers marriage by four years.
