Text	Carole Smith Carole S. Smith, 78, of Kennewick, Wash., died June 20, 1996, at the Hospice Care Center in Longview. She was born July 22, 1917, in Sacramento. She and Floyd R. Smith were married Sept. 1, 1936. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Kennewick. She loved bingo, puzzles and watching baseball. Survivors include her husband, Floyd, at home; two daughters, Sondra Moore of Phoenix and Patricia Shaw of Longview; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. At Mrs. Smith's request, there will be no services. Memorial donations may be made to Community Home Health Hospice, P.O. Box 2067, Longview, Wash. 98632. McVicker's Chapel on the Hill is in charge
