Austin may be cited. During his connection with Mound Lodge I.O.O.F., of this place he paid into the lodge about $300 in dues, and drew out in sick benefits, nurses’ hire, etc., about $4000. The lodge’s care of him did not cease when he expired. His remains were brought over here from Santa Cruz and given a decent burial.
